The City of Des Moines will be holding an Open House on Thursday, Dec. 6, from 5 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. in the city council chambers to learn about the Marina & Beach Park Development Plan.

- Development Phasing
- Parking Management Strategies
The Des Moines City Council will be discussing the matter further at their regular meeting following the open house Dec. 6.
“We continue to urge people to read about the proposals, and make up their own minds about how development should best be accomplished,” reads an announcement.
