It is truly refreshing to find, even a former city empoyee, a person who will admit to an error in or a lapse of memory. Greg Fox, where were you when we needed an additional honest council member?

The inspector to be hired back (per the city manager) to work on the project is certified as a residential inspector only, but yes the current staff is all certified and I stand corrected.

While it is good to hear that the project is progressing, it is unfortunate that the building inspectors working on the project are not certified commercial (by the building code people) inspectors.
It is a very complex project. Doesn't the project at least deserve inspectors trained in commercial inspection?
