If It’s Wednesday, It Must Be Time For The “Other” Des Moines Farmers Market…

Join your friends and neighbors Wednesday afternoon/evening (Aug 5th, continuing through Aug. 19th) at the Des Moines Farmers Market from 3pm – 7pm at the South Marina Park.

You never know who you’ll meet.

Like Claudia Roberts, owner and sales lady extraordinaire of Herbalign.

Claudia’s a Des Moines resident and an herbalist. She’s been selling her potions and lotions at DMFM since the market opened four years ago, and has lots of satisfied and returning customers. Let’s take return-customer Lynn Crow. She stopped by WLB booth just to tell us what she thinks about Herbalign.

Claudia Roberts has a potion or lotion for you.

“I’ve had a rash on my hands and face since Christmas,” she said. “I’ve been using a cortisone cream as prescribed by my doctor. Four weeks ago I bought Herabal Rash Ointment with Goldenseal from Claudia right here at the market. Now my rash is completely gone.”

Herbalign’s brochure claims that “these high-quality products are created by a certified herbalist especially for people with skin”! Well, alrighty then. In addition to having a menu of 18 people-products, Claudia’s got Canine Nutritional Supplements and dog cookies for “four-legged people.” That would be dogs!

Claudia’s day job is as VP of New Business Development for Totem Ocean Trailer Express in Federal Way.

Her passion is being an herbalist and Kinesionics. If you can’t get to the market to buy her products, you can find them at Aruba J. at 22007 Marine View Dr S in Des Moines.

If you can’t find what you need for what ails you at her booth, Claudia can custom-make herbal products to help your condition. All products are developed and made in her kitchen in Des Moines.

Claudia will be at the DMFM on Wednesday evening. Stop by her booth and let her know you saw her on da blog!
